I can't really tell you if it's been subbed before because I don't pay attention to that kind of thing, but if no one has yet I can translate it along with a previous similar quiz from April :)

The Matsujun date thing is talking about the Himitsu episode #12 where he goes on a staged date with Ooshima since she won the LoveAttack contest. The rest of the appearance and another appearance in April have Arashi guessing what they said in previous interviews, like they'll take a quote of Nino's from back in the day that says "I believe love is like ____" and then all 5 boys will guess what he said. A lot of the times they can't remember :D

I haven't seen a video sub of either this appearance or the one in April (although the one from April is on taijiprojectsub's pending project list). I have seen written subs somewhere or another, but not sure where, probably someone else can guide you to them.

There was a lot of Hanadan Final promotion in June on TBS and this was about it.
It's still unsubbed, instead are subbed the two Himitsu no Arashi-chan completely about it, and from two different groups.
You can always check the really useful list on yuckie_chan journal because she lists ALL stuff subbed with our guys in it :D
