arashi_onHi everyone!......I'll get right to the point ne.....ok so I been doing Korokke from watching MAGO MAGO ARASHI and I wanted to share with everyone my creations....and also OHNO-SANS famous CHAHAN....
This is CHEESE KOROKKE being floured.
This is BEEF that is Floured as well.
This is when their DIPPED in the egg yolk/CHEESE/BEEF
This is When its finished up with the BREAD CRUMBS I used ITALIAN since its cheaper cause PANKO here in NYC is EXPENSIVE!!!!!
This is when its being FRIED...I used VEGETABLE OIL since the OIL doesnt stay stuck like CORN OIL does.
HAM AND CHICKEN
And this is the FINAL outcome! CHEESE/BEEF/CHICKEN/HAM KOROKKE!
it was GOOD! with some WHITE RICE and ADVOCADO and your good to go!
I did this a while ago but here is my CHAHAN verison it didnt quite comeout like his but it was still GOOD!....Basically its STEAK/WHITERICE/EGGS and that its it!

I think im gonna keep doing this ...since i found it fun and I like cooking anyway!

been a kodomo bangohan-otaku for a week now.
i am planning to do aiba's korokke (with that certain stew-like filling)
maybe tomorrow as i am still in love with nino's onion korokke.
yeah, i am thinking what's missing on ohno's chahan, i did his sea chicken one but there's something lacking (more MSG perhaps?) haha!
