I don't have access to my hard drive right now, but I know the guy at the back is Shouji Tomoharu, so this must be the episode with Shinagawa Shouji; it aired on February the 4th, according to the Japanese wikipedia. Hope that helped.

You are not wrong. The Shinagawa Shouji episode is definitely episode 69; and this is definitely the Shinagawa Shouji episode. a moment after this clip, Shouji does chin-ups as well to prove he's more manly than Ninomiya.
