Need ideas...

Hi!

I have a couple of friends who are Arashi fans (particularly Sakurai Sho's) and I wanna get them something Arashi-related for Christmas. XD I've just been introduced to Arashi, and I can't decide what to get them. I think they've watched (and listened) to all videos/audio posted online.

I'd appreciate your ideas. Something not so expensive would be nice. Hehe. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I was thinking of giving them autographed photos of the members, but I really don't know how or where to get it. The official site is in Japanese, I think? And I can't understand a word. XD

Getting an autographed anything of Arashi will cost you at least $400. They usually don't autograph photos and even if you happen to bump into them on the street in Aoyama, there's a next to nothing chance that they would even consider giving you an autograph unless you happen to be a celebrity as well.

It also depends on what you conider 'not so expensive.' Unless you are actually in japan and don't have to worry about middle-man and postage fees, it's difficult to find arashi stuff for less than $15 unless you happen upon some girl who's reselling her stuff, and even that gets expensive. Your best bet would be to either buy them one of the idol magazines (that way you can also see all the other JE talents as well) or to buy their new photobook from either amazon.co.jp or fuijisan.com. Otherwise, albums tend to bein the $20-$30 range and singles may be less than that but you end up getting 2 or 3 songs.

Noesunexito's ideas of magazines or photobooks are pretty good as they'd be full of picture goodness and pretty inexpensive, if you're strapped for cash.

Another idea if you're really strapped for cash is to try your hand at something creative, such as maybe creating winamp skins/collages/etc or if you're good at drawing, some fanart, etc.

Hmmm...yeah. I AM short on cash. Hehe.

I suck at drawing, unfortunately. But I might be doing some compiling of everything Arashi I can get my hands on.
